I am riding my bike 537 miles for charity.  Please donate if you have not already!  It is an incredible fundraising event that for the past 12 years has been raising money to help end AIDS.  I am very excited to take a week out of my life to help raise money via this ride.  Whatever you can give would be greatly appreciated.

On saturday, I rode my bike to Santa Barbara with two old friends.  120 miles in about 9 1/2 hours.  It was a grueling but fun trip, something I had talked about doing a long time, and finally got the gumption to go do.  Invigorated by that, I decided today to sign up for the AIDS ride, a bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles that is 537 miles over seven days.  It is an incredible fundraising event that for the past 12 years has been raising money to help end AIDS.  I am very excited to take a week out of my life to help raise money via this ride.  Whatever you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Sometime back in the fall, a random British dude emailed me and said he was riding his bike across America, interviewing people along the way, and that when he got to LA he wanted to interview me.  I told him that if he biked all the way across the country, he could by all means interview me.  It was a great conversation, and he inspired me with his journey.  His name is Dave Gill, and this is his project, Vague Direction.
And here is a glimpse at some of the interview.
